1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus extra to put on as it cooks
can of chickpeas
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain the chickpeas. Get out a baking sheet, cover it with tin foil and make sure to spray it with Pam first.
2. Mix the chickpeas in a bowl with the BBQ sauce. Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and put in the oven for an hour.
3. Check on them every 20 minutes, use a flipper to move them around a bit and brush extra BBQ sauce on throughout cooking. When they are done, they should be crunchy to taste.
