** In the picture the sauce is made without butter, so it is a bit more gel-like. If you add the butter, it will be more creamy and will melt off the fish a bit. I opted to make it a bit healthier, still tastes great without the butter!
5 or so fillets of tilapia
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp greek yogurt (or mayonnaise if you prefer)
3 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
dash of hot sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put tin foil on a baking sheet and spray pam on the foil. Put the fillets on the pan, brush the tops of each fillet with lemon juice. Cook for about 15 minutes in the oven, or until the fish is flaky.
2. While the fish is cooking, in a bowl combine parmesan cheese, butter, greek yogurt, green onions and seasonings. Mix it well with a fork.
3. Take the fish out of the oven and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the fillets. Bake in the oven until it is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
