1/2 cup panko crumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 head cauliflower
1 tsp garlic
green onion (optional)
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1. Slice the cauliflower florets.
2. Mix garlic into the panko crumbs in one bowl. In another bowl, put in egg whites and in yet another bowl, put in cornstarch. Dip the cauliflower florets into the cornstarch, then the egg, last the bread crumbs.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet, then place the florets in the hot oil pan. Turn the cauliflower using tongs, so each side is browned.
4. Mix up the red-hot sauce and greek yogurt in a small bowl. Put the sauce in the cauliflower pan and mix, heating the sauce a bit. Top with green onion if you choose.
