Healthy Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

3 bananas

2 cups oats

1/4 cup cocoa

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tbsp Vanilla

cinnamon (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celsius.  Mash bananas in a large bowl, add all the other ingredients.

2. Leave the batter for 20 minutes at room temperature, then drop onto a greased cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
