2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup water
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
dash of salt
2 tsp hot sauce (I used a combo of buffalo sauce and Sriracha)
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1. Peel then boil the potatoes with salt until they are tender.
2. Mix corn starch in 1/2 cup of water until smooth, set aside. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and salt and saute until the garlic is light brown.
3. Add soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch mixture. Mix it well together. Add boiled potatoes. Mix well and cook until the sauce becomes thick enough to coat the potatoes. Garnish with green onions.
