Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt



1 cup flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

3 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup chocolate chips

1  1/3 cup vanilla yogurt


1. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, plain Greek yogurt and both sugars together until it is fluffy.

2. Add the vanilla and beat until it is combined.  Slowly add the salt, baking soda and flour.  Mix together, then add the chocolate chips.  Lastly add the vanilla yogurt and fold it in gently.

3. Place it all in a container and cover with a lid.  Freeze until it is set; when you choose to eat, likely will have to thaw it a bit.
