You Can’t Stop Eating This Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken



4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 eggs beaten

1/4 cup canola oil

salt and pepper

3/4 cup brown sugar

4 tbsp ketchup

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 clove garlic


1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.  Cube the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper.

2. Put the cornstarch and eggs in separate bowls.  Dip the chicken into the cornstarch and then in the eggs.

3. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until they are brown, not cooked through.  Put the chicken in a baking dish.

4. Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar and garlic together in a bowl.  Pour the liquid over the chicken in the baking dish.  Bake for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.
