4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package dry Italian mix dip
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 package of light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill
pasta of your choice
1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place at the bottom of the crock pot
2. Sprinkle the green onion and mushrooms on top of the chicken.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian dip mix, black pepper and dill.
4. Mix well and pour over the chicken. Cook on low heat for 5 hours (yes, this is correct!). Serve over pasta.
