2 large apples
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees Farenheit. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
2. Cut around the core of the apple to remove, then thinly slice the apples crosswise.
3. Dip both sides of the apples into the cinnamon sugar mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 2 hours, flipping the apples every 1/2 hour. Let cool completely before eating.
