6-8 pork chops
8 small potatoes
2 cans fat-free cream of mushroom soup
2 packages dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 cup milk
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dill
1. Dice the potatoes and place at the bottom of a greased crock pot. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
2. Mix together the soup, dressing mix, mushrooms, green onions, milk, pepper and dill. Spread the soup mixture over the pork chops. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
