White Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

1  1/4 cup flour

1 cup oats

1 cup white chocolate chips

 

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.  In a bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter together in the microwave.  Stir together well.  Add the sugars and stir again.  Let this mixture get to room temperature before you add the eggs.

2. After adding the eggs, add the vanilla, flour, oats, and baking soda.  If it is still a bit wet, you can add a dash more flour.

3. Finally add the white chocolate chips and stir well.  Place balls of cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
