1 lb shrimp
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 white wine (or chicken broth, which I used instead)
1/2 lemon, juice only
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1. Heat a skillet, add olive oil and cook the shrimp until they are finished. For already cooked, just frozen shrimp, I did 10-15 minutes. Set the shrimp aside.
2. In the pan, add minced garlic and cook about 2 minutes. Add wine or chicken broth and lemon juice. Cook the liquid until it is reduced by half.
3. Reduce heat to low and add butter. Add shrimp back into sauce and coat it by stirring.
4. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
