Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

1 lb. ground turkey

2 oz. cream cheese (or 1/4 of a Philadelphia block)

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

For sauce:

2 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl.  Form them into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

2. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.  While they are cooking, make the sauce: combine the butter and Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce in a saucepan and cook on medium heat.

3. After the meatballs have cooked, take them out and mix with the buffalo sauce.  Put the meatballs back on the cookie sheet and bake for another 10 minutes.  If there is leftover sauce, you can coat the meatballs more or spread on top.

4. Can serve with a blue cheese or ranch dressing.
