Garlicy Baked Shrimp



1 lb raw shrimp, deveined and peeled

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp. chicken broth (or white wine)

4 tbsp. melted butter

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

2 tbsp. parsley

1 lemon


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.  In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, and chicken broth. Stir to combine and pour into a baking dish.  Spread the mixture out evenly and season with salt and pepper.

2. In another bowl, use a fork to mix the melted butter, bread crumbs, and parsley.  Spread this over the shrimp evenly.

3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque.
