3 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

1 tsp. tabasco sauce

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. parsley

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.  Mix together the ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.  Roll the meat mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet covered in tin foil.  Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

2. Mince the onion and the garlic.  In  a saucepan, place a bit of oil, then sauté the onion for a few minutes.  Then add the sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic.  Cook for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add a few drops of tabasco sauce, depending on how much heat you like!  Also add the Worcestershire, mustard, some black pepper and the parsley.  Let heat for a minute.

4. Pour in the beef broth, then add the meatballs.  Bring to a boil then let simmer for a few minutes.  Mix the cornstarch with 3 tbsp. beef broth and pour it in the pan.  Let it sit for a few more minutes and thicken.  Good over rice or noodles!
