Healthy Cauliflower Pureed “Alfredo” Sauce

Ingredients:

half head of cauliflower

splash of milk

2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

pepper to taste

1. Steam cauliflower in a steamer.

2. When steamed, add cauliflower to a blender, food processor or magic bullet.  Add the milk, Parmesan and pepper.  Blend until smooth.  Add to pasta.
