1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar (maybe more)
3/4 cup brown sugar (maybe more)
pretzels (approximately half a bag)
1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Warm up the butter in a microwave, then add the peanut butter and 2 sugars. Mix well. Form into small balls about the size of a tsp. (if the mixture is still too sticky, add a bit more of the sugars until you can roll them).
2. Freeze the balls in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Take them out and sandwich between 2 pretzels.
3. Heat up about 1/2 a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until they melt. Dip half a side the pretzels in the chocolate and put on a plate. When all the pretzels are dipped, put back in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
4. I keep these in the freezer and thaw for a few minutes before eating.
