1 1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 an 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 container of cool whip
fruit of your choosing
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
2. Roll rounded teaspoons of dough and place in greased muffin tins. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes, take the tins out and using a spoon push down a bit in the center to make a bowl shape. Bake another 2 minutes.
3. As the cookies are cooling, mix the cool whip and cream cheese, as well as clean and cut the fruit.
4. Place some of the icing on the cookie, then top with fruit.
