Mexican Chicken



4 chicken breasts

1 package of taco seasoning

8 tbsp. salsa

cheese and sour cream for toppings


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Put the chicken and taco seasoning in a Ziploc bag.  Shake the bag so the taco seasoning covers the chicken.

2. Put the chicken in a casserole dish coated with cooking spray.  Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

3. Take the chicken out, top each chicken breast with 2 tbsp. of salsa and sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake for another 5 minutes.  Garnish with sour cream if you choose.
