Homemade Banana Chips

Ingredients:

1 banana

lemon juice

cinnamon

 

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  Slice the banana’s into 1/3 inch slices.  Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

2. Squeeze some lemon juice on the slices and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

3. Cook in the oven for 90 minutes, take out and flip, then cook for 30 more minutes.
