Low Calorie Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Ingredients:

1 and 3/4 cup oats

3 egg whites

2/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup applesauce

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup hot water

1 cup sugar substitute

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together except chocolate chips.  Mix well with a hand mixer.  Slowly add in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.

2. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and spray with cooking spray.  Fill muffin liners 3/4 way full of batter and sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.

3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, cool before serving.
