Greek Yogurt Cookie Batter Parfaits

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. quick cooking oats

1 tbsp. agave nectar, honey or sweetener

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. peanut butter, slightly warmed

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. chocolate chips

1. Mix all the ingredients together.  Stir well and then freeze.  Freezing is important so the oats soak up some of the yogurt
