8 cups of popped popcorn
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 package of Duncan Hines Key Lime icing flavor mix powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
** you can also add marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs if you would like to make it a true key lime pie, I think this way tastes delicious and fewer calories 🙂
1. Pop the popcorn in an air popper. Put in a bowl when it is all popped.
2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds or so. When the white chocolate chips are melted, stir in the packet of key lime icing powder. Using a spoon, drizzle the popcorn and stir.
3. Place the lime popcorn on a baking sheet and place in the fridge to harden for 5 minutes.
4. Take the popcorn out of the fridge, melt the chocolate chips the same way in the microwave. Drizzle with the chocolate and place in the fridge again. After 5 minutes, enjoy! Or place in a container and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
