Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies



1 and 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 and 2 tbsp. almond milk

1 egg

1 egg white

3/4 cup oats, ground fine in the food processor

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 and 2 tbsp. white sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup peanut butter

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all the ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate chips in a food processor until well blended.  Place in a greased 8 by 8 inch baking dish.

2. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.  Melt the peanut butter in a microwavable dish, then pour on top of the brownies.  Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.  Cool before cutting.
