Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup peanut butter, slightly warmed

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/3 cup agave nectar or honey

1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Mix well until everything is incorporated.  Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so it is easier to form balls.

2. Take out of the fridge, scoop tablespoons of the mixture and form into firm balls.  Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
