Baked Cinnamon Chips and Fresh Fruit Salsa

2 large tortillas

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. sugar

1 apple, diced

1 kiwi, diced

a handful of raspberries

1 banana, diced

1/2 tbsp. white sugar

1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. jam (a berry type like strawberry may taste best)

1. To make the fruit salsa, chop all of the fruit and place in a bowl.  Sprinkle in the brown and white sugar and stir.  Stir in the jam, place in a container or bowl and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.  To make the cinnamon chips: cut the tortillas into 8 wedges.  Sprinkle a bit on olive oil on each piece, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.  Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and allow to cool a bit before eating.
