Grilled Chicken and Blueberry Salad



1 romaine heart, chopped

1/2 cup grilled chicken, diced

2 tbsp. slivered almonds

1/2 cup blueberries

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. honey

salt and pepper to taste

1. Place the lettuce, chicken, almonds and 1/4 cup of blueberries in a bowl.

2. In a blender or magic bullet, add the rest of the blueberries, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt and pepper.  Blend until it is mixed together.  Add the dressing to the salad.
