1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To make the cauliflower pizza crust, chop up cauliflower florets in a food processor. Then place about an inch of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil with the cauliflower in it. Heat for 5 minutes on a gentle boil.
2. Let the cauliflower cool a bit. Now, ** very important** place spoonfuls of cauliflower in a dishcloth or paper towel and squeeze the water out of the cauliflower (you will be shocked at how much water is in there!!).
3. Place the cauliflower in a bowl, add the egg and spices (I put in parsley, dill and Italian seasoning). Stir well to incorporate the egg evenly. Place the cauliflower mixture onto parchment paper (also important so it doesn’t stick) and flatten to about a 1/3 inch thickness. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
4. Take it out and load on your toppings. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
