2 tbsp. olive oil
1 pound fresh shrimp (20 small shrimp)
3 cloves garlic, minced basil paprika red pepper flakes
1 small container of mushrooms, sliced
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1. Heat the skillet and add the olive oil. Cook both sides of the shrimp for about 2 minutes, sprinkle the basil, paprika and a bit of salt on each side. Then cook for another 2 minutes on each side.
2.Remove the shrimp from the skillet, add the sliced mushrooms to the same pan. Cook on high for a few minutes, then add the shrimp back in the pan. Add the milk and the cheeses, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring until the cheeses are melted. Cover and remove from heat.
3.Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the pasta to the shrimp and mushroom mixture, top with some red pepper flakes.
