Healthier Bananas Foster and Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup of Greek yogurt

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. coconut

1/2 tsp. honey (optional)

1. Slice your bananas into pieces about 1/2 and inch thick.  Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and add the bananas.  Let them brown on each side for about 4-5 minutes, until they are caramelized.

2. Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl, top with the bananas, sprinkle on the cinnamon, coconut and honey.
