No Bake White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies



3 1/2 cups of oat flour (rolled oats ground into flour)

2 tbsp. sweetener of choice

1/2 cup and 2 tbsp. nut butter of choice (peanut, almond)

3/4 cup honey or brown rice syrup

1/4 cup almond milk

white chocolate chips and dried cranberries to your liking



1.Put the flour and sweetener in a bowl.  In another bowl add the honey and nut butter, microwave it for about 30 seconds and stir well.

2. Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir well.  Then add the almond milk slowly and stir until it is incorporated.  Lastly, add the white chocolate chips and cranberries.

3. Roll the dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet.  Place in the freezer for 30 minutes until eating.
