4 tilapia fillets
juice and zest of a lime
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup flour with salt and pepper
1. Combine marinade in a bag: lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add fish to the marinade and refrigerate for between 1-24 hours.
2. When the fish is ready to cook, combine the flour with as much salt and pepper as you would like. Remove the fish fillets from the marinade and dredge with flour on both sides.
3. Bake the fish in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
