Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Bacon



2 chicken breasts

1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 egg, beaten

1 cup parmesan cheese

4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1/4 cup cheese, shredded



1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the chicken breasts and place the parmesan cheese on a plate. Sprinkle the garlic powder on the parmesan cheese.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the beaten egg, then coat with parmesan.  Place the chicken on a baking sheet, covered with greased tin foil.

4.  Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, take out and top with cheese and bacon.  Heat for another 5 minutes.
