2 large chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/3 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Take a knife and slice a cut through the middle of the of the breast so you can stuff it.
3.In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, feta, spinach and garlic. Mix well then spoon into the chicken breasts. Place on a greased baking dish, and bake for 40 minutes.
