Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef



1  1/2 pounds steak meat

1/4 cups cornstarch

2 tbsp. olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

3/4 cup soy sauce

3/4 cup water

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup grated carrots

green onions for garnish



1.Cut steak into strips, put in a bag and coat with the cornstarch.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker, put in the steak strips and stir, coating evenly.

3. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.  Serve over rice.
